Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns. My goal is for your order to arrive safely and I take great care in packaging. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order if it was damaged in transit. Refunds and returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Sales of originals are never refundable. While most originals are sent with insurance (it will be noted in the listing), please specify if you would like additional insurance via USPS.

Insurance?

If an item ships with insurance, it will be listed with the specific item. Otherwise I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages (a super rare issue). Please inquire for additional insurance.

Tattoos?

I do not draw custom tattoos. If you would like to use my existing artwork to get a tattoo, I’m honored but I also have two requests! 1. Please purchase a print or card of the design you want to use so that your tattoo artist has something quality to work from. Most tattoo artists feel better about working from a reference with permission and this allows you to support my work AND the tattoo artist you choose. 2. Send me a pic, I’d love to see!

Printers?

I use Epson printers and scanners! That’s as specific as I’ll be, because I think it’s really important to do your own research when buying equipment. A simple google search and pouring over various printer reviews is the way to go. Learn about ink lightfastness, resolution, editing software, archival paper, pigment vs. dye, etc. before investing in machinery that will eventually end up in a landfill. A printer is useless if you’re using the wrong paper or have poor quality files.Everyone’s art is different and what works for me might not work for you. I’ve spent a zillion hours doing my own research and often have to do it over when a printer dies and is discontinued. I think it’s an important part of the process. By the way, I get this question dozens of times each week, which is why I’ve stopped responding to each personally - sorry! Google is your friend - go forth and print things
